COVID-19 has created obstacles for us all. Given these circumstances, our Care Team has been thoughtful about how to deliver in-home care with minimal risk. As a result, we have developed practices that enable patients to comply with CDC recommendations while receiving treatment.
We believe that in-home care reduces exposure for our patients. Further, our team takes additional precautions to protect you, your loved ones, and our clinicians.
Our team has taken a number of steps, including:
- Using telehealth technology depending on the situation to minimize unnecessary contact.
- We assess the health risk of every patient who signs up for our service or currently on our service in order to provide the safest treatment plans.
- We have provided updated guidelines on the spread of infectious disease to all of our employees, which includes the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Cayaba Care puts the safety of our patients and our team first.
If you or a member of your home has been diagnosed with or exposed to COVID-19, please contact our team before your appointment. Know that you can still receive care. Our goal is to ensure a safe and effective visit for you, your family, and our team.
